Arsenic Contamination: Millions Of Bangladeshis Face 2-Pronged Risk
A three-day symposium on "Behaviour of Arsenic in Aquifers, Soils, and Plants: Implications of Management" began in the city yesterday with a
call for creating better understanding about the severity of harmful arsenic impact on human body among the people.
Speakers in the symposium stressed the need for more research on arsenic contamination of water, soil and crop.
